To attend the symposia, you need to register as a participant to the event, and pay the fee.

Registered participants of the symposia can also attend the 87th Annual Meeting of SCEJ, which will be also held at the same site.

Registration is FREE for those living outside Japan, and attending IChES 2022 as an audience (not as a speaker).

Please note registration is NOT free if you are a speaker, living in Japan or attending 87th Annual Meeting of SCEJ. Payment is also necessary if you wish to receive the program booklet by post.

Registration periods are Jan. 5 - Feb. 16, and Feb. 18 - Mar. 22 (12:00 JST)

Registration is not necessary if you are an invited speaker.
