To attend the symposia, you need to register as a participant to the event, and pay the fee.

Registration is not necessary if you are an invited speaker.

Registered participants (incl. Invited speakers) of the symposia can also attend the 88th Annual Meeting of SCEJ, which will be also held at the same venue.

Registration is FREE for those living outside Japan, and attending IChES 2023 as an online audience (not as a speaker).

Please note registration is NOT free if you are a speaker, living in Japan, attending on-site or attending the SCEJ 88th Annual Meeting.

Registration periods are Jan. 5 - Feb. 15 and Feb. 17 - Mar. 17 (12:00 JST)
