We solicit oral presentations on the general topics of chemical engineering, so as to promote networking of young chemical engineers in particular.

If you are a student, you need to be a doctor course student to make an oral presentation at the symposia. This applies to all presenters, regardless of whether or not you are a member of AIChE, CIESC, DECHEMA, IIChE, KIChE, TwIChE, and SCEJ.

For those who wish to make a poster presentation, we recommend presentation at 91st Annual Meeting of SCEJ, which will be held at the same time. (Note that presenters of the 91st Annual Meeting of SCEJ must be a member of AIChE, CIESC, DECHEMA, IIChE, KIChE, TwIChE, or SCEJ, and that the presenters of poster sessions must attend the session at the on-site venue.)

Note that on the application page, you need to :
    1. choose "General presentation" as Application Type,
    2. enter "IS-1" for 1st choice of Topics (Do not choose Topics of the SCEJ Meeting.)
to make a valid application.

After the Paper submission above, then a preprint manuscript must be submitted to the organizer by the 17th of February, 2026, through the website of the 91st SCEJ annual meeting. The instruction on preparation and submission can be found on the following page.

The deadline of manuscript submission is 11:59pm of 17th, February 2026 (JST).

For each presentation, 15 minutes will be alloted for speech, and 4 minutes for discussion.

Presentaion must be in English.
